14 Bolt Shave Kits - 2 Inch

Gain 2 Inches of ground clearance under your 14 bolt axle housing with our 14 bolt shave kit. We took a slightly different approach to shaving the 14 bolt axle housing and are very happy with the results. We recommend the 14 bolt housing be machined on a milling machine to accept the bottom flange. However not all of our customer have access to a milling machine or prefer the DIY approach. This lead us to include a CNC cut gauge to aid in the proper cutting and fitment of your housing.

Fits SAE (non-ribbed) version of the 14 bolt axle.

  • Fully welded diff cover
  • 3/8" Laser cut flange
  • 1/4" Laser cut and CNC formed shell
  • 5/8" Thick laser cut and CNC machined bottom plate.
  • Diff Cover CNC machined flat for the best possible sealing surface.
  • All hardware included.

Requires machining of ring gear.

Everything lined up perfectly and fit like a glove. I did have to notch out the bottom of the inside of the diff cover to clear the ring gear but no big deal. Would definitely recommend.
